Inveractive

Treetops

I used Unity 3D to create this game. It is still in the prototype stage. The goal is to collect all the coins and make it to the top treehouse before the monkeys kill you.

Character Turntables

Immersive, Navigable Space

Collaboration with Mike Denman and Autumn Rizzo. The purpose of this project was to create an immersive, navigable environment. We used Unity 3D for the real-time engine and the Kinect for navigation. We also played with the idea of perspective. The character starts out at the right height in an ordinary bedroom, but when you hit the glowing door you are transported to the same room in another dimension. The lighting changes and the character now has an ant’s point of view. I was in charge of getting the Kinect to work with Unity and recognize the correct gestures to control the movement of the camera within the space. I also ensured other things worked in the Unity project, for example audio.
